The Chargers were playing the Jets last night on Monday Night Football. It just so happens that Bill Payne was in town (from the San Diego area) and although he is normally a Giants (blechh) fan, he did a pretty good impression of a Chargers fan.

and we all know the biggest Jets fan of all time lives right here in Austin!
We met up at Mother Egan's Irish Pub for dinner and to watch the game. We managed to scare away all the other patrons from the outside patio so we had the whole area with this enormous screen all to ourselves.
Unfortunately there had to be a winner and a loser...
