Got my pot of Black Eyed Peas simmering on the stove to serve on New Years Day. I am anticipating being a tad bit too tired to cook tomorrow since we have plans tonight (dinner and then Bob's show at Antones!) and I think we will be out pretty late...or get in early....depending on which day you are measuring from!
