A facelift for my yard

A tree guy is coming today. When I initially contacted him I was thinking only of having him trim the branches that were touching the house and roof. He was a good salesman and when I mentioned that I would be putting my house on the market he convinced me that I needed to do more so the house would look better and actually be seen from the street. Walking around the house I couldn't believe how overgrown it had gotten. Here are the "before" photos.
